Training for the Guiding Team

Once an organization has completed the assessment and feel that they are ready to implement TeamSTEPPS, it submits the statement (a 1-to 2-page summary, not just the checklist filled in) by email to tsteppstrainingapps@air.org along with pertinent contact information. Staff at the National Implementation for TeamSTEPPS project will determine whether an organization is eligible.  At a minimum, this statement should include an assessment of leadership buy-in (is corporate on board?), a summary of goals and challenges, and a brief description of their change-management team.
