Training Eligibility

AHRQ and DoD are offering free 2 ½ day TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer preparation training sessions to teams from hospitals and other health provider systems. There are a limited number of 1200 seats available on a first come - first served basis for the entire period of the project. All organizations are asked to submit a written 1 to 2 page "readiness" statement. At a minimum, this statement should include assessment of leadership buy-in (is corporate on board?); a summary of goals and challenges and a brief description of their change-management team that will be attending TeamSTEPPS training (please don't include names, just a description of the team member's role).
