Implementation Stories

Hundreds of organizations throughout the United States and internationally are implementing TeamSTEPPS. They are vastly different, and include large public hospital systems, tiny critical access hospitals, active military health facilities, university hospital systems, and health care quality improvement organizations. This is a series of stories highlighting how some of these various types of organizations have customized their TeamSTEPPS implementation to fit their patient safety goals.
